INBETWEENERS - parent and toddler group

For parents looking for somewhere to enjoy a hot drink and allow their little one somewhere to play in-between the nursery and pre school run. -
ADULT CYCLING TUITION – Learn to ride
Mondays 10 - 11 am
This session is for complete beginners, who want to learn to ride a bike. – Book Now!
Our aim is to get participants pedalling without assistance and to experience the fun and enjoyment of moving on two wheels.

ADULT CYCLING TUITION – Confidence Building
Mondays 11 - 12.30
Level 1 – Cycling lesson to help build confidence and skills – Book Now!
Build your confidence riding a bike by learning key skills like steering, controlling the bike while signaling and braking. Perfect for anyone who has just started to ride or returning to cycling and feels a little nervous or wobbly on a bike.

GROUP BIKE RIDE
Mondays 12.30 - 2pm
Join us for a group bike ride exploring the local neighbourhood and connect outdoors. Book now
Arrive at The Hub from 12.30pm for registration and bike checks then join the led bike ride. Be prepared to be out for about 1.5 hours exploring lovely cycling friendly routes along greenways, shared paths and quiet roads. Finishing back at the Hub – Option to stay for tea/coffee and chat.
> Whether you’re new to riding, looking to build confidence or a regular cyclist this ride is for you.
> Bikes are available to borrow if required
> Ride led by qualified leaders and suitable for all abilities.
>These are social activities, the pace will be gentle, nobody gets left behind. Expect lots of chatting, pitstops and smiles.

Come and talk all things bike! Get simple repairs done for free and gain cycling and bike information.
